But their days were consumed by project management: tracking engagements, chasing tasks and deadlines, and keeping documents in order across scattered tools. The expertise that clients paid for was being diluted by the administration around it.
Building codes are complex, and checking work against them is exactly the kind of task that should be supported by software rather than done by hand every time.

We began by mapping how the practice actually ran its engagements, then built a system around that flow rather than around a generic template. The result is a single workspace for clients, engagements, tasks, deadlines and documents.
